Instructions regarding the Workshop registration

1. Fill out the registration form at the end of this form. When you click Submit, you will be emailing your registration to the CSCC office. You will get a confirmation email of your registration within 72 hours. If you do not get this confirmation, contact our event coordinator by email. gary@specialtycrops.org or 559-288-0301.

2. Print your registration confirmation at the end of this form, or print your PayPal receipt from your email. An additional receipt will be emailed to attendees when they register.

3. Payment/Refund policy: Registration fees will be handled through our Pay Pal account. Those who rather pay at the meeting site will have that option. If you cancel your participation to the Workshop prior to May 11 there is no penalty. No refund for cancellation after May 11.
